The album came out eight months after the previous Revival album, which was supposed to return Eminem to a big rap game – but it did not work out.
On Kamikaze, the rapper pays tribute to everyone who criticized him – from journalists to other musicians, and appears in the role of an evil Emsy who is not going to prove anything to anyone.
Kamikaze no one was waiting. Eminem, of course, recently, did not sit around and a week ago released a joint track with Nicky Minaj, Majesty, in which he demonstrated a brand-name high-speed reading.
Almost entirely, the record is an “answer” to everyone who did not believe in Eminem and criticized him for unsuccessful albums. Criticism was for that: one of the most famous and talented rappers for a long time did not release anything even closely comparable with his best albums of the early 2000s.
